Teacher Mini-Grants
The CHS PTSA is pleased to offer teachers the opportunity to apply for a mini-grant to purchase instructional materials for classroom use by students. These grants cannot be used to pay for services, continuing education credits, food or equipment repairs. Each mini-grant will provide up to $125.
Teachers may also apply jointly or collectively by department to obtain items or materials that are more than $125. We will cut a check to the primary contact when a group applies jointly for a benefit. Please submit receipts with your application in order to receive your grant. PTSA can only reimburse for expenses, not pay in advance. We require documentation of the investment for your students, please.
To apply, simply complete the Google form linked below:
1. Please be as specific as possible as to how the funding will be used.
2. Receipts or vendor invoice should be dated after July 1, 2023.
3. Submit your completed form electronically before November 17, 2023.
CHECKS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED BY MID-DECEMBER.
